Inventory & Sales
A subscription app for iOS and Android, for any small business that keeps stock on a shelf: parts counters, tire and phone shops, market stalls and small warehouses. We built it at NPCoding in 2026 as a product of our own.
- Item templates for batteries, tires and phones, plus a generic one. You can add your own fields.
- VAT-aware prices: type a price with or without VAT and see both. Profit is worked out from the purchase cost.
- Scanning: a barcode or QR code with the camera or a Bluetooth scanner, to sell, restock, count a shelf or find an item.
- Stock-outs by reason: sale, bonus, warranty replacement or return. Any change can be undone.
- A pending list: customers who paid but haven't picked up yet, and units a supplier still owes you.
- Low stock: an alert when an item is running out, and a reorder list by supplier.
- Shelf counts and locations: check every difference before it changes your stock, and keep stock in more than one place.
- Reports and export: sales and profit, stock-outs by reason and stock value, plus Excel export and printable barcode labels.
- No signal needed: everything is saved on the phone, so the app works offline.
- English and Hebrew, with a full right-to-left layout in Hebrew.
How it's built
The app is written in React Native with Expo, and the data lives in a SQLite database on the phone — no account, no ads and no server, with a daily backup kept on the phone itself. Subscriptions run through RevenueCat on Apple's and Google's stores.
The app is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Store links will be added here once it's live.
