We deliver software with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex inside an engineering workflow we run and take responsibility for: analysis, implementation, refactoring, testing and documentation, backed by architecture, UI/UX, QA and DevOps. You don't manage coding agents: your HR for AI, a senior engineer, does, and answers to you for the result.
This package is the directed version. Our engineers plan the work, choose the right tool for each task, review every change and keep the architecture coherent. Designers, QA and DevOps carry the work through to a controlled release, the same way as on every NPCoding project.
You don't need to set up or manage coding agents. We run the workflow and take responsibility for delivery, from the first codebase analysis to ongoing development and maintenance.
Is this the right service?

Cloud AI tools are acceptable under approved accounts and settings
You want AI-accelerated delivery without setting up or managing coding agents yourself
You need new development, modernization or ongoing work with senior review and QA
Dedicated Engineering Teams if you want engineers inside your own team and process rather than an outcome we deliver.

Architecture notes, READMEs and decision records updated as the code changes.
05
UI/UX, QA & DevOps
Design, independent QA and a controlled release pipeline behind every change.
06
Ongoing development
Continued development, maintenance and operations after launch, as scoped.
(03)From task to merge
Onetask,tracedendtoend.
An illustrative trace of a single task through the workflow, showing where AI works and where people decide.
Illustrative example
Task · Add CSV export to the reports page
EngineerWrites the task with acceptance criteria, limits and the files in scope
AI agentMaps the reports code, drafts the export and its tests
EngineerReviews the change and requests a fix for large exports and access rules
AI agentRevises the change; the tests now cover permissions
QATests exports against the criteria, including a user without access
DevOpsReleases it through the pipeline, with rollback ready
(04)Outputs & responsibility
Whatyoureceive.Whoisresponsible.
01
A delivery plan
Scoped tasks, risks and a release plan agreed with you before the work starts.
02
Reviewed changes
Every change reviewed and approved by an engineer before it merges.
03
Tests & documentation
Automated tests and current documentation, in your repository.
04
A release assessment
QA findings and a release recommendation before anything goes live.
(05)How the package works
HowwedeliverClaudeCode&Codex.
01
Assess the codebase & goals
Map the codebase and requirements with AI assistance, and agree priorities and risks with you.
02
Plan reviewed tasks
Break the work into small tasks, each with acceptance criteria and a reviewer.
03
Implement with the right tool
Engineers direct Claude Code or Codex, whichever fits the task, and refine the output.
04
Review, test & validate
Code review, automated tests and independent QA before anything merges or ships.
05
Release & maintain
Controlled releases with rollback, then continued development and maintenance as scoped.
(06)How we build
Expertengineers.ThebestAIharness.
Every project is built by our engineers in a proven AI engineering harness, then reviewed, tested and released by people. You choose where the AI runs: leading cloud tools or privately hosted models. The team, the standards and the accountability stay the same.
Package 01
Private / Local AI Engineering
AI-powered software delivery in a controlled processing environment.
For projects with specific processing requirements. We set up and evaluate privately hosted models, agree the access boundaries, then design, build, test and release your software inside that environment.
A senior engineer as your HR for AI, managing the agents
Privately hosted models, evaluated on your own tasks
Infrastructure setup with agreed access boundaries
Expert engineering, UI/UX and QA
Controlled releases with review and rollback
Optional ongoing management of the private models and infrastructure.
AI-accelerated delivery with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, directed by experienced engineers.
Our engineers use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for analysis, implementation, refactoring, testing and documentation, choosing the right tool for each task. We run the workflow and take responsibility for delivery, so you never manage coding agents yourself.
A senior engineer as your HR for AI, managing the agents
AI-assisted codebase analysis and planning
Implementation and refactoring, reviewed by engineers
Tests and documentation with every change

The package decides where AI processing happens while we build. Where your finished application runs is planned separately, in your cloud account or another environment agreed for the project.
Do you use both Claude Code and Codex on every task?
No. Engineers choose the tool that fits each task, codebase and your policies. Some projects use one tool throughout; others use each where it works best.
Do we have to manage the coding agents?
No. We run the workflow: planning, agent tasks, review, testing and release. You work with the engineers accountable for the result, and you can see the plan, reviews and release notes at any time.
Will our code be used to train AI models?
Processing by a cloud tool isn't the same as using data for model training. Whether data may be used for training depends on the provider, the account type and its settings, so we confirm the applicable terms and the approved settings with you before any code is processed.
Do we need our own Claude or OpenAI accounts?
Account and access arrangements are agreed for each project, so the tools run under accounts and settings you've approved. We confirm them before any of your code is processed.
What if our policies don't allow cloud AI tools?
Then Private / Local AI Engineering is the better fit: the same engineering practice, with privately hosted models in a controlled environment.
Does using cloud AI tools mean our application has to run in the cloud?
No. Claude Code & Codex Engineering covers how we build, not where the result runs. Production hosting is planned separately: your cloud account, your own servers or another environment agreed for the project.
Are you affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI?
No. Claude Code is a product of Anthropic and Codex is a product of OpenAI. NPCoding is an independent company that uses these tools in its engineering work.
