Education technology that engages learners and simplifies administration

Learning platforms, research portals and course sites built to be accessible, secure and easy for staff to manage.

(01) The landscape

Technology can make learning more engaging and administration far simpler. We build online learning tools that let people learn at their own pace, portals that give researchers and staff the information they need, and systems that take repetitive work off educators' plates.

Our education work ranges from a Hebrew University research portal fed by the university's own systems, to a research-lab website with event registration, to digital products that help newcomers learn a language.

(02)Challenges

What makes education technology hard.

  • 01

    Information lives in many systems

Course, equipment and research data sits in institutional systems that don't talk to the website.

  • 02

    Accessibility is mandatory

Public institutions and larger organizations in Ontario must meet WCAG under the AODA.

  • 03

    Learners' privacy

Minors' data requires extra care, including parental consent in many cases.

  • 04

    Limited staff time

Content, registrations and communications must be easy for non-technical teams to manage.

(03)What we build

Solutions for education businesses.

  • Portals connected to institutional systems

Real-time data pulled through APIs so information is always current.

  • Learning platforms & online courses

Structured lessons, video, progress tracking and secure digital products.

  • Events & registration

Registration flows for lectures, workshops and exhibitions — including recordings afterwards.

  • Accessible, multilingual design

WCAG-conscious interfaces, available in the languages your community speaks.

(04)How we deliver

Development, UX, QA and operations for education.

The same four capabilities on every project, applied to the realities of this sector.

  1. Development

Portals and learning platforms connected to institutional systems, built with AI-assisted engineering and reviewed integration code.

  2. UI/UX

Role-specific journeys for students, staff and researchers, with accessible interfaces in the languages your community uses.

  3. QA

Testing student and staff permissions, institutional integrations, registration flows and accessibility with assistive technologies.

  4. Operations

Release planning around enrolment, exams and events, with monitoring and capacity checks for the busiest periods.

How we build with AI

Choose how AI is used while we build.

Institutions with strict data policies can choose a private AI environment; otherwise Claude Code and Codex run under the account and settings you approve.

(05)Compliance

Regulations we design for.

Not legal advice — but the technical safeguards we build in from the first sprint, so compliance isn't a last-minute scramble.

  • AODA (Ontario)

Public-sector organizations and businesses with 50+ employees must meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA on public websites.

  • Children's privacy

The federal privacy regulator expects parental consent for children under 13; Quebec's Law 25 requires it under 14.

(07)FAQ

Education software: your questions.

Can you connect our website to the institution's internal systems?

Yes. For the Hebrew University we built an English portal that lists research instruments by department and area of expertise, with the data pulled through an API connected to the university's systems.

Do you build accessible education websites?

Yes. We design and test against WCAG criteria so sites work with screen readers and keyboards, supporting AODA compliance in Ontario.

Can we sell courses or digital learning products?

Yes — including secure download limits, product samples and payment processing, as we built for a language-learning product for new immigrants.
