Startup MVPs, web platforms, mobile apps and business systems, with expert QA, DevOps and UI/UX from product planning to ongoing operation. Senior engineers build with the best AI tools; use one capability on its own or an integrated team.
Combine them or start with one. QA, DevOps and UI/UX are part of every project we build, and each is available on its own, including for software built by another team.

(02)How we build
Expertengineers.ThebestAIharness.
Whatever we build for you, our engineers work in a proven AI engineering harness and people review, test and release every change. Both packages carry the same engineering, UI/UX, QA and DevOps standards; the difference is where AI processing happens while we build, and who runs that environment.
Package 01
Private / Local AI Engineering
AI-powered software delivery in a controlled processing environment.
For projects with specific processing requirements. We set up and evaluate privately hosted models, agree the access boundaries, then design, build, test and release your software inside that environment.
A senior engineer as your HR for AI, managing the agents
Privately hosted models, evaluated on your own tasks
Infrastructure setup with agreed access boundaries
Expert engineering, UI/UX and QA
Controlled releases with review and rollback
Optional ongoing management of the private models and infrastructure.
AI-accelerated delivery with Claude Code and OpenAI Codex, directed by experienced engineers.
Our engineers use Claude Code and OpenAI Codex for analysis, implementation, refactoring, testing and documentation, choosing the right tool for each task. We run the workflow and take responsibility for delivery, so you never manage coding agents yourself.
A senior engineer as your HR for AI, managing the agents
AI-assisted codebase analysis and planning
Implementation and refactoring, reviewed by engineers
Tests and documentation with every change
Architecture, UI/UX, QA and DevOps behind each release
Continued development, maintenance, QA and operations, as scoped.

The package decides where AI processing happens while we build. Where your finished application runs is planned separately, in your cloud account or another environment agreed for the project.
Deep dives into the work clients ask us about most often. Each one sits within a capability and follows the same workflow, review and release standards.

(04)Ways to work with us
Threewaysin.Oneteamthatstays.
Use one capability on its own, such as QA, DevOps or UI/UX, or an integrated team. Start where you are: the team that builds or assesses your software can stay responsible for it.
01
Build
A new product or a substantial development initiative, taken from discovery to a controlled first release.
Discovery, user journeys and prototypes
Architecture, delivery plan and acceptance criteria
AI-accelerated development with senior code review
Each engagement covers what we agree together: scope, support hours and response commitments are set per engagement, and nothing is assumed beyond it. What you get is continuity, visibility, and a team that remains responsible after launch.
(05)How we work
ThesameAI-poweredworkflow,ledbyexpertseverytime.
Whether it's a new product, an assessment or a team extension, you always know what's happening, what's next and who is responsible.
Testing, security and operations work runs through every stage, not just the end.
01
Discover & design
Workshops, user journeys and prototypes. AI helps us synthesize research and explore options quickly; designers and your team decide what to build, and QA turns it into acceptance criteria.

02
Architect & plan
Engineers define the architecture and the data and security boundaries, then break the work into tasks small enough to delegate and review. AI helps map existing code and the impact of changes.

03
Build with AI agents
AI agents (Claude Code and Codex, or privately hosted models, depending on your package) implement scoped tasks, refactor, and draft tests and documentation. Your HR for AI, a senior engineer, assigns their work and reviews every change before it merges.
Scoped agent tasks
Human code review
Assurance:Automated tests
04
Review & validate
QA validates against the acceptance criteria with automated suites and exploratory testing, independently of the code that implemented them. Sensitive changes get a security review.

Assurance:Security review
Assurance:Release readiness
05
Release, operate & improve
DevOps releases through a controlled pipeline with approvals and a rollback path, then monitors production. What we learn from real use shapes the next iteration.

(06)FAQ
Choosingtherightservice.
Which capability do we need?
Tell us what you're trying to build and we'll recommend the mix. Most projects combine software and app development with UI/UX, QA and DevOps, and each of those is also available on its own.
Can we engage you only for QA or DevOps?
Yes. Both are available as independent engagements for software built by another team, and both are built into every NPCoding development project.
How do you keep AI-assisted work correct and safe?
Every change is reviewed by an engineer, tested against acceptance criteria by QA and released through a controlled pipeline with approvals and a rollback path. AI accelerates the work; it doesn't approve it.
Do we have to choose a development package?
Only for development work. Design-only, QA-only and DevOps-only engagements don't need one. When we build or change software for you, you choose between Claude Code & Codex Engineering and Private / Local AI Engineering, or we recommend one after the first conversation.
Do you still offer dedicated developers?
Yes. Dedicated engineers can join your team full-time, typically within a week, backed by our code review, QA and delivery oversight.
How much does a software project cost?
Every project is scoped individually, with a detailed estimate after discovery. Assessments are scoped by the size and risk of the system, and ongoing partnerships by the responsibilities you need covered.
