Welcome to npcoding.ca (the "Site"), operated by NPCoding ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it to send unsolicited or harmful content.

2. Information on the Site

Content on the Site — including articles about software, privacy, accessibility and tax programs — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, tax or professional advice, and it may not reflect the latest developments. Consult a qualified professional before acting on it.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and code, are owned by NPCoding or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Client names and project descriptions are shown with reference to work we performed; trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy, modify or republish substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.

4. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a contact form does not create a client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement that sets out scope, fees, ownership and confidentiality.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including sites we built for clients. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness or availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPCoding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Site.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site [confirm].
