About the project
Some projects are simply moving to be part of. Families coping with a loved one's Alzheimer's go through a difficult process — often slowly being forgotten, both who they are and how they're related.
2gether helps families cope with Alzheimer's and dementia, and is suitable for all stages of the disease — from early cognitive decline to more advanced stages. It can be accessed from a computer and is also available in the app stores. We were proud to be part of the web-app development team.
