Muteloop
An iOS and Android app for the group chat you stopped reading — the building committee, the class parents, the family. Export a group from your messaging app and share it to Muteloop (about 10 seconds per group), pick the days you missed and read the digest. We built it at NPCoding in 2026.
- For you: questions and messages that name you or your children, first.
- Dates: events and deadlines, including cancelled ones, each with an add-to-calendar button.
- Bring / pay: what to bring and what to pay, with the amount and deadline, as a checklist you tick off.
- Decided and worth reading: what the group settled on, and the few messages worth your time.
- One tap to check: every line links to the message it came from.
- Share back: a card for the group and a Sunday catch-up.
- Android live mode: after a clear explanation and Android's own notification-access screen, it reads the notifications of the groups you choose, and only those. It never replies, reacts or opens your chats, and you can turn it off at any time.
Muteloop is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any messaging service.
How it's built
The app is written in React Native with Expo. The digest is made on the phone and nothing from your chats is uploaded. There is no account, no ads and no analytics; reminders are worked out on the phone, and you can export your dates and lists or delete everything at any time. It works in English and Hebrew, and subscriptions run through RevenueCat.
The app is on its way to the App Store and Google Play. Store links will be added here once it's live.
