You scan a barcode or QR code with the camera or a Bluetooth scanner, and record every way goods leave: a sale, a bonus, a warranty swap, a return or a write-off. Every change can be undone. Everything is stored on the phone, so it works without a signal. There is no account and no ads, and nothing tracks how you use it. A backup is saved on the phone every day, and the last seven days are kept. ## Who it's for - Shops for spare parts, tyres and phones, and market stalls. - Second-hand sellers and owners of a small warehouse. - Anyone still keeping stock in a spreadsheet who would rather scan than type. ## Key features - **Scan with the camera:** A barcode or QR code to sell, receive, count or find a product, and a Bluetooth scanner works too. - **Price with and without tax:** Type a price before or after tax and see both. The default rate is a setting you can change for the whole business or for one product. - **Waiting and missing:** A list of customers who paid and haven't collected yet, and of units a supplier still owes you. Low-stock alerts and an order list by supplier. - **Counts and transfers:** Count a shelf and review every difference before it changes your stock. Manage several locations and move goods between them. - **Reports and export:** Sales and profit, exits by reason, best sellers and products that haven't moved. CSV and Excel export is open on every plan, even without a subscription. - **Templates and import:** Templates for batteries, tyres and phones, your own fields, import from CSV or Excel, and barcode labels printed to PDF. ## Frequently asked questions ### Can I start without paying? Yes. You start free, up to your first sale or 25 products, whichever comes first. After that you choose a Pro plan. CSV and Excel export stays open on every plan. ### Is my data sent to a server? No. Everything is kept on your phone, with no account, no ads and no tracking of how you use the app. ### I had the earlier version. What happens to my products? If the earlier version is still on the phone, the app offers on first launch to move your products, photos, quantities and open lines across. Your earlier data isn't deleted. ### How does the free trial work? A subscription starts with a 7-day free trial and nothing is charged during it. The trial is for new subscribers, and the app offers it only when your store account is still eligible.
