This Privacy Policy explains how **NPCoding** ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through **npcoding.ca** and when you contact us. We follow the principles of Canada's *Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act* (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, Quebec's *Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector* (as amended by Law 25).

## 1. Who is responsible

NPCoding is accountable for personal information under its control. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information (privacy officer) can be reached at **support@npcoding.com** [confirm name and title].

## 2. What we collect

- **Information you give us** — for example your name, email address, company, phone number, project details and budget range when you use our contact form, email us or message us on WhatsApp.
- **Marketing preferences** — whether you agreed to receive our insights by email.
- **Technical information** — our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to operate and secure the website. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views in aggregate **without cookies** [confirm analytics setup].

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

## 3. Why we use it

We use personal information to:

- respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals;
- provide, manage and improve our services;
- send insights or updates **only if you have given express consent**, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL);
- keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used;
- meet legal and contractual obligations.

We collect only what we need for these purposes and do not sell personal information.

## 4. Consent

By submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to the use of your information for the purposes described above. You can **withdraw consent** at any time — including by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us — subject to legal or contractual restrictions.

## 5. Sharing and service providers

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery and business tools, and only as needed for the purposes above. Service providers are bound by contract to protect the information and use it only on our instructions.

## 6. Processing outside Canada

Our team and some of our service providers are located outside Canada — including in **Israel** and the **United States** [confirm list]. Personal information may therefore be stored or processed in those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national-security authorities there. We use contractual and other measures to provide a comparable level of protection. For individuals in Quebec, we assess the protection offered before transferring information outside Quebec.

## 7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected for — for example, enquiries that don't become projects are deleted after [confirm period] — unless a longer period is required by law.

## 8. Safeguards

We protect personal information with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including access controls, encryption in transit, secure hosting and staff confidentiality obligations. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law.

## 9. Your rights

You may ask to **access** the personal information we hold about you, **correct** it, or **withdraw consent**. Individuals in Quebec may also request that information be deleted or communicated in a structured, commonly used technological format, and may ask about decisions made exclusively by automated processing. To make a request, email **support@npcoding.com**. We will respond within the time required by law.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the [Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada](https://www.priv.gc.ca/) or, in Quebec, the [Commission d'accès à l'information](https://www.cai.gouv.qc.ca/).

## 10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

## 11. Contact
