## Before you reach out

### What should I include in my message?

What you're building or need help with, who it's for, any deadlines, and the systems involved. Please don't include source code, passwords or confidential data. If we need access later, we'll arrange it securely.

### What happens on the intro call?

We talk through your goals, users, constraints and timeline, or for an existing system, what's working and what isn't. You come away with practical next steps.

### Do I need to choose a development package?

No. The package preference on the form is optional and only matters if we'll build or change software for you. Leave it blank for design, QA or DevOps work, or if you'd like our recommendation.

### How do you price projects, assessments and ongoing work?

New builds are estimated after discovery, assessments are scoped by the size and risk of the system, and ongoing partnerships by the responsibilities and hours agreed. You'll have a clear proposal before any commitment.
