# About NPCoding — A Family-Driven Software Company > NPCoding is a family-driven software company led by Noam and Maya Lee Penn, bringing 20+ years of experience to software, web and mobile app development, with AI-accelerated engineering. Based in Toronto. Source: https://npcoding.ca/about/ ## Our story When you do what you love, you're always in motion. Every NPCoding client gets personal attention and an immediate response — and sometimes a gentle nudge to keep the project moving the fastest, best way. The combination of Noam's perfectionism and Maya's energy has grown a family of satisfied clients — from startups and family businesses to universities, public bodies and well-known brands. With more than 20 years of experience and over 1,000 delivered projects, we build digital experiences that go beyond the ordinary. We believe technology should resonate with users and redefine how they interact with brands. That's why we partner closely with our clients to build solutions that are not only functional but memorable — with personal attention, clear communication and efficient delivery. Two decades of building and supporting software shape how we use AI today. AI agents accelerate the engineering and a senior engineer manages them as HR for AI, while experienced people stay responsible for architecture, UI/UX, QA, security decisions and operations. We work from Toronto, pairing a Canadian partnership team with senior engineers, so you get local accountability and senior engineering on the same project. The NPCoding promise: "Development, exactly the way you like it." ## Company facts - **Company:** NPCoding, an AI-powered custom software, web and mobile app development company - **Founders:** Noam Penn and Maya Lee Penn (co-founders) - **Headquarters:** Toronto, Ontario, Canada - **Experience:** 20+ years of engineering experience - **Track record:** 1,000+ projects for 300+ clients in 20+ countries - **What we build:** Startup MVPs, SaaS platforms, web and mobile apps, eCommerce, business systems, integrations and AI features - **Engineering approach:** AI agents managed by a senior engineer acting as HR for AI (assigns their work, reviews every change, answers for the result), with independent QA and controlled DevOps - **Capabilities:** Software & App Development, QA & Release Assurance, DevOps & Managed Operations, Product Design & UI/UX - **Development packages:** Private / Local AI Engineering, Claude Code & Codex Engineering - **Specialist services:** Web & Mobile Apps, MVP & Product Engineering, Enterprise Integration, API Development, AI Agents & Automation, Private AI Infrastructure, Application Security, Dedicated Teams - **Industries:** Fashion, Education, Startups, Sports, Healthcare, Finance, eCommerce, Manufacturing - **Working language:** English - **Contact:** support@npcoding.com ## Founders ### Noam Penn, Co-founder Noam is the driving force behind NPCoding, with more than 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship and technology development.
